This policy explains how the pushkarji.com School ERP platform handles personal data. Each school (the “tenant”) is the controller of its own students', parents' and staff members' data; pushkarji.com processes that data on the school's behalf to run the service.

1. Information we process

• Identification: name, email address, phone number, address, photograph.
• School records: admission details, attendance, fees and payments, marks and report cards, transport and library records.
• Usage data: login times, device / browser type, and actions taken in the app (audit trail).

2. How the data is used

• To provide and operate the school-management service.
• To send the notifications a school enables (fees, attendance, results, notices) by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push.
• To provide support and to detect and fix problems.
• To keep backups and an audit log for the school's own protection.

3. Third parties

Data is shared only with the services a school chooses to switch on — for example a payment gateway (to take a fee payment), an SMS or WhatsApp gateway (to deliver a message the school sends), or an AI provider (only if the school enables the optional AI assistant). Each is used strictly to carry out the school's instruction.

4. Security

Sensitive data is transmitted over HTTPS. Backups are encrypted. Access is role-based and every change is recorded in an audit trail.

5. Your rights
